Yorktown Crew Boosters

The Yorktown Crew Boosters is a volunteer organization formed to foster and sustain crew in cooperation with the public school officials of Arlington County, Virginia, at Yorktown High School, Arlington, Virginia.  The boosters use the website to provide information to the crew team, prospective members, parents, and friends & family within the community.  The requirements for the site were to develop an environment where multiple volunteers with little or no training could maintain the content for years to come.  Working with board members, we developed a sustainable site map, used a commercially-available theme, migrated content from the previous site and added calendar and photo gallery functionality. We continue to provide guidance, add new functions and host the site & email.
